HOW BOOKING A HUNT WORKS

Please feel free to call or email us any questions you might have before booking or visit our Hunting Information page. Once you're ready to book a hunt with our company we ask that you follow these simple steps to make sure everything goes smoothly:

1. First download and complete the Client Information Form or (CIF) and then email it back to us at: lewisoutdoorsadventures@hotmail.com

2. Once we have reviewed your (CIF), we will confirm your trip via email to verify the dates. If we don't get back to you within five days please check with us to make sure the form made it to us. In this email we will also note the amount for the deposit that will be needed.

3. After dates are verified by us, please send the deposit amount requested ($100 per person) via PayPal to lewisoutdoorsadventures@hotmail.com or you can mail a Check or M.O. to:

We will let you know once the deposit it received.

Please review our deposit policy. or our receipt and bird policy.

Also make sure to print our Waiver of Liability Form and have it signed when you show up for your hunt or mail it to us.

WHAT TO BRING

-Shotgun, shells (shot size 1, 2, BB or BBB for geese) or (1, 2 or 4 for ducks)

-Everything camo that you own (coat, hat, gloves, pants, face cover and boots or waders)

-Plenty of warm clothing and many layers (temps between 0-60 degrees)

-Water resistant clothes, boots and or waders for water hunts

-Cooler and Ziplock bags for birds

-Licenses (Federal duck stamp, Wyoming bird license $15 per day or $50 per year...a conservation stamp is require for anyone hunting with a yearly license, however, a state conservation stamp is not required for hunters who have purchased daily licenses. Hunters must also get a free HIP stamp when they purchase the state license or you can go to this website to print one off.) Wyoming Game and Fish Website

-Daily bird license $15 per day for Wyoming (make sure it's dated for date of your hunt)

-HIP stamp for Wyoming (HIP now online)

-Federal Duck Stamp
